Returns/Refund Policy
You may return new items within 30 days of ordering. We will pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our ERROR (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). These instances must be approved prior to shipping and you must email us and receive a RMA number before you send any items back. Items received without prior authorization will not be refunded regardless of condition. When placing orders be sure you have correct model and selections prior to payment. Ordering the wrong holsters will result in poor or completely incompatible products. IF you do happen make a mistake just reach out and we will fix. Just try to help us out and pay close attention to mitigate potential mix-ups.
You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
