You may return new items within 30 days of ordering. We will pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our ERROR (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). These instances must be approved prior to shipping and you must email us and receive a RMA number before you send any items back. Items received without prior authorization will not be refunded regardless of condition. When placing orders be sure you have correct model and selections prior to payment. Ordering the wrong holsters will result in poor or completely incompatible products and depending on the nature of the order, may or may not be returned or replaced, which will be up to our discretion.
You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement.
If anything breaks on your holster or mag carrier we will replace the entire unit or loops/attachments depending on what is broken. We only request a quick email and picture of the damage. 100% replacement guaranty.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

First Class or Priority Flat Rate USPS is our method of shipping. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via the provided email at the time of order.
