Q:What handgun models do you offer?
A: When placing an order you will be required to select a handgun model. At this time what you see there is all that we build holsters for currently.
Q: What is the current lead time for your products?
A: We try to update our lead times on the main pages to be seen when you visit the site. We aim to ship orders within 14 business days( MON-FRI) but may be longer depending on influx of orders. Custom quality gear takes time, and you are helping us grow. We thank you for your patience, and it will be rewarded. Our product speaks for itself and we stand behind it. We do NOT respond to email inquires or continual calls about when your holster will be done if it is withing the stated lead time frame. If we are spending time emailing you...we are not building holsters.
Q: Will KYDEX® or HOLSTEX® plastic increase the wear on my gun?
A: ALL holsters will wear on a firearm over time if you are properly training. That being said we at Haven Defense design our holsters around tooling and production methods that minimize wear on your gun. Our holsters are designed to clasp designated areas such as the trigger guard or light minimizing holster wear.
Q: What types of holsters do you offer/custom orders?
A: At this time we offer what you see on the product listings. If you are one of our local L.E.O's in need of of something specific please email us at hdholsters@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All other holster inquires not local LEO can be referred to another holster maker we trust to get you quality gear if we don't make it.
